I am on site every day, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm.

Financial Benefits
Not VAT registered - no VAT on labour. Saving you 17.5% of total labour cost. (This can be between £3k – £7k on an average project.)
You buy direct from builders merchants with my trade discount. This saves you the typical builders mark–up of 10 – 15% profit. (This can be between £3k – £7k on an average project.)
Team tried and tested subcontractors. No expensive management or typical large company overheads.
How much will projects cost?
All contractors paid directly by you on a fortnightly basis.
Materials invoiced monthly.
Mutually agreed project fee charged on basis of min/ max target cost.
(Budget & schedule agreed prior to build.)
Example: Typical project fee of 5%
Target minimum cost £100k.
Target may cost £115k.
If minimum build cost achieved 5% charged = £5000 project fee. If maximum cost not achieved not project fee is charged.
Any build cost achieved between min and max figure – project fee is calculated on sliding scale.
Example:
Build ost £107,500.00
Project fee 2.5% of it is charged.
Project fee paid on receipt of completion certificate from building control.
The option of a ‘retaining fee‘
This option may be deducted from project fee and held for six months from completion.
Any costs accrued as a result of changes or additions to original pan will be counted as ‘extras‘. Project target cost will change accordingly.
Local building authority costs, architect costs and structural engineering costs are not included in project fee as they are considered ‘pre-build costs‘.
